The Relationship Lab is a space for exploring how we relate to ourselves and to others. Through an experiential, relational approach, this work helps you understand the patterns that shape your relationships, move beyond protective strategies, and begin practicing new ways of connecting with curiosity, care, and courage.

A different way of working with relationships

Rather than focusing only on managing symptoms or solving problems on the surface, this work explores the deeper patterns that shape how we relate. Together, we slow things down, increase awareness, and begin practicing new ways of connecting in real time.

I use an Integrative approach drawing from evidence-based, attachment-based, experiential and relational therapies, including Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Imago, Relational Life Therapy, Psychodrama, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)/Parts Work. Coupled with somatic or “body-based” techniques and current neuroscience, our unique method targets change within the mind, body, and spirit.
