Good Faith Estimate Notice

Under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or who choose not to use their insurance benefits have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of mental health services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

Your estimate will include anticipated costs related to the services you are scheduled to receive. If your actual bill is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.

You may request a Good Faith Estimate before scheduling a service or at any time during treatment.

For more information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
