We don’t just talk about change, we practice it.
Groups and Skills Labs are a great way to work on mastering individual therapeutic skills in an experiential, small group format.
Groups & Workshops
Connection is a skill. Like any skill, it grows through practice.
The Relationship Lab offers experiential groups and workshops designed to help people move beyond insight and into new ways of relating to themselves and others. Whether you're learning emotion regulation, navigating parenting, strengthening relationships, or trying to stay grounded in an increasingly stressful world, these experiences are designed to be interactive, practical, and deeply human.
Weekly on Thursdays from 5-6:30PM
Skills in Action- Experiential Adult DBT Skills Group
A different way of learning DBT. Rather than focusing solely on worksheets and concepts, these groups bring skills to life through discussion, experiential exercises, and real-world practice.
Parenting Lab
A skills-based group for parents who want practical tools for emotion regulation, communication, boundaries, and connection in family life.
Surviving the Dumpster Fire
An 8 week, online, skills-based group focused on managing political stress, uncertainty, outrage, and anxiety while staying engaged with the world without becoming consumed by it.
Parts in Progress
An experiential process group informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), exploring the different parts of ourselves that emerge in relationships, conflict, work, and everyday life.
Fridays 8:30-10AM

Sometimes we don't need open-ended therapy—we need dedicated time, focused attention, and a clear path toward something we'd like to change.
Skill Labs are structured, goal-oriented experiences designed to help you develop a specific skill, navigate a particular challenge, or create meaningful movement in an area of life that feels stuck. Through a combination of education, reflection, experiential exercises, and guided practice, we'll move beyond simply talking about change and create opportunities to experience it.
Think of a Skill Lab as a space to experiment, practice, and grow—with support, intention, and a clear destination in mind.
