Deepen Your Presence and Confidence
Clinical supervision is more than a place to review cases— it’s a place to think deeply about your work, trust yourself more fully in the therapy room, and develop a therapeutic voice that feels authentic and effective.
-
I believe therapists develop in much the same way clients do: through relationships that are supportive, challenging, and deeply collaborative.
In our work together, we will explore:
case conceptualization,
attachment and relational dynamics,
countertransference and use of self,
parts and protective strategies,
and the moments in therapy that ask us to stretch beyond our comfort zones.
Rather than prescribing a single “right” way to do therapy, I help clinicians integrate theory, intuition, and experience into a practice that feels uniquely their own.
-
My supervision is active, relational, and grounded in real clinical process.
In addition to discussing cases, we may use role plays, experiential exercises, tapings of your work, and live exploration of your emotional responses to clients. Together, we will examine both what is happening in the therapy room and what your clients may be inviting from you as a therapist.
Over time, supervision becomes a place to integrate theory with practice, build confidence, and cultivate a therapeutic presence that feels both natural and effective.

TI am particularly well suited to support clinicians interested in:
Attachment-based and relational therapy
Couples and relationship therapy
Experiential and process-oriented work
Parts work and inner child work
Group therapy
Working with shame, trauma, and interpersonal patterns

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Imago Relationship Therapist with advanced training in trauma-informed, attachment-based, somatic, and experiential approaches to psychotherapy. My work is also informed by Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), parts-oriented and IFS-informed approaches, and psychodrama, including completion of training through Onsite’s Psychodrama Institute. I continue to study how relationships shape emotional healing and lasting change.
In addition to providing therapy to individuals, couples, and groups, I serve as Practice Manager at Bright Horse Counseling, where I provide clinical mentorship, consultation, and supervision to clinicians and interns while helping shape systems that support high-quality, ethically grounded care. I have designed and facilitated experiential interventions across a wide range of settings and have presented nationally on topics including therapist burnout, ethical work with non-monogamous clients, and relational approaches to healing.
My approach to supervision is rooted in the same principles that guide my clinical work: meaningful growth happens in relationships that offer both support and challenge. I am passionate about helping therapists deepen their confidence, strengthen their clinical presence, and develop a way of practicing that feels both authentic to who they are and effective for the clients they serve.
Grow Into Your Clinical Voice
