Life can look completely different from what you imagined. How do you navigate moving forward when the path isn't clear? I work with adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, infertility, pregnancy and postpartum, burnout, and the many emotions that can come with major life decisions.

I have a particular interest in supporting women and individuals navigating infertility and family-building. Fertility treatment can bring hope and excitement, but it can also bring grief, anxiety, and uncertainty. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space for individuals navigating the emotional side of family building, including the experience of creating and storing embryos and making decisions about their future use, disposition, or family-building plans. My goal with my clients is to help you understand what you are feeling, clarify your values, and feel more grounded in the decisions that are right for you.

I also have over a decade of professional experience in the music industry, giving me a unique understanding of the pressures that come with working in a highly creative, competitive, and often unpredictable environment. I enjoy working with artists, industry professionals, and their family members who may be navigating burnout, career uncertainty, perfectionism, self-worth, relationship challenges, or the difficulty of maintaining a sense of self while supporting others.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I draw from ACT, CBT, DBT, attachment-based, psychodynamic, and trauma-informed approaches to help clients build insight, develop practical coping skills, process difficult experiences, and strengthen their relationship with themselves.

Whether you’re navigating fertility treatment, a major life transition, anxiety, career or identity questions, or simply feeling stuck in a pattern that no longer serves you, therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you’re experiencing, and move forward with greater clarity and self-compassion.
